This machine is made of SUS#304 stainless steel, beautiful appearance and durable. The operation is simple, the time and speed can be adjusted, the dehydration operation cycle lasts 1 to 2 minutes, and the rotation speed can be adjusted between 350 to 900 RPM. When dewatering, the spindle is driven by the centrifugal device to start gradually. After the rotation of the rotating drum, the liquid on the surface of the material is thrown out by centrifugal force to achieve dehydration.
The inner drum seat device is supported by 10 stainless steel springs, and has shockproof effect during operation, which can maintain the stability of the machine, reduce the noise, and break the huge noise of the traditional old dehydrator. The movable inner basket has the advantages of convenient connection and good dewatering effect. It distinguishes traditional bag-shaped dehydration, can guarantee the quality and color retention, and does not damage the surface of the material.
The cover opening is provided with a safety device and a cover buckle to prevent the cover from being caught. When the cover is opened, the dehydrator stops operating immediately.
According to different products, the amount of dewatering per batch can handle up to 8-12 kg of leafy vegetables. Roots and stems products such as slices of carrots can be processed for up to 25 kg per batch.
