It adopts electronic temperature regulator and speed adjuster. The size of the upper and lower firepower and the mesh speed of the white iron mesh can be adjusted according to different baking materials.
The furnace can reach the optimal working temperature, the baking quality is stable, and the infrared light has the characteristics of fast heating ability to penetrate the food, so that the baked product can be uniformly heated.
Both the feeding point and the discharge port baffle can be adjusted up and down with the thickness of the baked product.
The front and rear trays can be taken out for cleaning, which can avoid the accumulation of food residues prove the efficiency of the work and reduce the manpower consumption.
