Leaf & Bulbous Vegetable Cutter

The double-head cutting machine body is made of SUS#304 stainless steel, which is durable and beautiful. The body is waterproof and easy to clean and maintain. With dual frequency modulation function, the conveyor belt speed and the turning speed of leafy vegetables are adjusted by the inverter and can be controlled independently.
There are two inlets, one for conveyor belt inlet, one for leafy agricultural products, and the other for funnel-type feed, suitable for bulbous agricultural products. The bulb part is made of aluminum alloy funnel, and the strip cover is provided on the door cover to make the chamfer function.
The conveyor belt of the continuous transmission is divided into two groups, the lower conveyor belt is the conveying material, and the upper conveyor belt fixes the material to make the cutting surface more flat and beautiful.
Both ends can be replaced by different cutter types to meet different cutting size requirements. The operation panel is provided with an emergency stop switch, and a micro-motion device is arranged at the discharge port. Leaf vegetables can be cut to length: 1mm ~ 30mm.

The belt discharged type multi-function vegetable cutting machine is made up of the structure integration of 901 cutting machine and 812 dicing machine. The machine structure is made of SUS#304 stainless steel, microcomputer inverter and discharged conveyor belt.Device: Emergency stop switch, Cutter open sensor. A cut leafy vegetable, a head of cut bulbs, can be sliced (thickness can be customized), shredded (thickness can be customized), cut into strips (length adjustable), diced (size can be customized). The speed of the conveyor belt and the speed of the rotary knife are adjusted by the inverter and can be independently controlled. The leafy vegetable feeding conveyor belt is widened, which makes the leaf vegetable feeding port become larger, and can put larger food materials, which not only improves production efficiency but also increases production. The rhizome is added to the hopper to make feeding more convenient.The early model conveyor belt was designed to be non-removable and washable. Therefore, in the process of cleaning, the periphery of the conveyor belt is easy to clean, and the vegetable residue and dirt are caused to be printed, causing serious problems in hygiene. Therefore, Kangshuo Machinery upgrades the upper and lower conveyor belts of the continuous transmission to a detachable belt type.
