The whole machine is made of SUS#304 stainless steel, equipped with multiple sets of special brush rollers and inverters. The sides of the fuselage are designed with movable side panels, which are easy to clean and maintain. At the same time, there are adjustable door panels to make the products roll out.

The brush roller is prepared adjacent to each other to minimize the gap between each roller, and the friction of the brush shaft is used to drive the rootstock agricultural products to continuously roll and achieve the peeling and washing effect.

The effect of peeling depends on the type of steel grit and the number of rollers. The brush peeling and washing machine is easy to operate, and can adjust the roller speed and the water flow through the inverter control and the ball valve to achieve the washing and peeling demand of each agricultural product.

The water spray nozzles are arranged on both sides of the inner edge of the tank, which can operate without water storage, accelerate the cleaning efficiency, and can be cleaned continuously or in batches with high efficiency.
