The leveling machine is made of SUS#304 stainless steel, which is beautiful, durable and easy to clean. The control panel is user-friendly and easy to operate. It has two start switches, power switch, emergency stop, rise button, down button, manual automatic switch and power indicator.
The four-legged instrument is equipped with double-twisting wheels for easy movement and high performance.
The leveling machine is easy to operate, put the material to be flattened into the tray, and press the start switch with both hands to move the machine.
The operation mode can be divided into manual and automatic modes. The time limit for descent can be adjusted through the time adjuster in the electric control box, each scale is 0.5 seconds, and the longest is 3 seconds.
The hydraulic drive design uses the hydraulic cylinder to drive the four bearings and the support column to achieve the leveling effect. Instead of the traditional manual leveling, the material can be accurately flattened and the thickness is even.
